The Loft at DeAnn Gallery is downtown Franklin’s premier boutique event venue, with options available for 10 - 50 guests. The Loft is a 2000 square foot flat above DeAnn Gallery available for hourly or daily rental. Bring your caterer and take advantage of the full kitchen. Access to full bathroom and private lounge/changing room included. This space is the perfect blend of history, art and Southern charm, experienced with original wood floors, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, Franklin’s last remaining wooden freight elevator (a non-operable relic), and of course, inspiring artwork!
