Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Prior to ordering, please be certain to select the correct size for your space (measure first if needed) and the appropriate style for your décor, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for pieces that don't fit or if the art/color/style doesn't work well in a space. We make each piece specifically based on the size and style selections received in each order. As a small, family business, we don't have a warehouse to store products and cannot process returns or exchanges for refunds. We appreciate your understanding and are grateful for your order!

Changing Orders in Process
Please be certain of size and style selections before placing an order. We start production on each product immediately when it is purchased based on the exact details of each order. We are unable to cancel an order or change product details (piece, size, style, frame, etc.) after an order is received, even if the order was just placed. 

Guarantee / Damaged Product Replacement
Please inspect your artwork upon receipt, as damage must be reported by email within 7 days of the delivery date in order to receive a replacement. If your package isn't opened upon receipt and damage is later discovered, we are unable to replace it. In the rare event that your product is damaged during shipping, please email photos of the damaged artwork and of the packaging to shop@deanndesigns.com so we can begin the process of replacing your order. It will be replaced with a new version of the same product. 

Shipping Time
Shipping time depends upon your specific order details. We estimate 1-2 weeks for production and shipping for most of our giclee and acrylic products and will do our best to get your order to you even quicker if possible. Certain custom Items such as pillows, duvets and leggings may take just a bit longer. Hand painted pieces and commissions may take 8-10+ weeks depending upon certain variables. Once an order is received, we do not have the ability to delay shipping or time the delivery to occur on a certain date.
