What is a Giclee?
A giclee (pronounced "gee-clay") is a high-quality print of DeAnn's original painting. While a giclee does not include texture that you can physically feel, it does include the stunning visual texture of DeAnn's brush strokes and paint drips. They are beautiful pieces of art on stretched, 1.5" thick gallery-wrapped canvases. Each giclee includes hanging hardware and is ready to hang when you receive it.
What is an Embellished Giclee?
An embellished giclee is a high-quality print of DeAnn's original painting that is also hand-painted to add texture and depth that you can physically feel. Each piece is unique since they are painted by hand, but they retain the same colors and composition of the original artwork. They are beautiful pieces of art on stretched, 1.5" thick gallery-wrapped canvases. Each giclee includes hanging hardware and is ready to hang when you receive it.
What does the frame look like if I choose the Framed option?
The framing option we currently offer is a gold floater frame. These frames add just under 2" to the total size of your piece. As an example, a 36x36 piece that is framed will be just under 38x38 with the frame added. Photos of framed artwork for reference are included in the product photos of the Angels collection.
Can I order online and pick up at DeAnn Gallery in Franklin, TN?
We do not create our products at our Franklin location, so local pickups from our gallery are not available. We will package and ship your order directly to you via FedEx or UPS.
Can I buy a specific print from your Gallery?
While we typically have prints of some of our best-sellers in our gallery, we don’t keep open inventory or have multiple size options in stock at the store. We would love for you to visit our gallery if you'd like to see what we have. If there is a specific piece and size that you want, it is best to order online and we are happy to assist you if needed (text us at 615-596-3936).
How quickly will my order ship?
Shipping time depends upon your specific order details. We estimate 1-2 weeks for production and shipping for most of our products and will do our best to get your order to you even quicker if possible. Certain custom Items such as acrylic blocks, pillows, duvets and leggings may take just a bit longer. Once an order is received, we do not have the ability to delay shipping or time the delivery to occur on a certain date.
Can I track my order?
We will email you tracking details as soon as your order is headed your way.
Can I change my order?
We start production on each product immediately when it is purchased based on the exact details of your order. We do not have the ability to cancel or change product details (piece, size, style, frame, etc.) after your order is placed. Please be certain of size and style details before placing your order.
Can I return or exchange my product?
Prior to ordering, please be sure to select the correct size for your space and the appropriate style for your décor, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. We make the art specifically for you based on your size and style selections. As a small, family business, we don't have a warehouse to store products and cannot process returns or exchanges for refunds. We appreciate your understanding and are grateful for your order!
Do you guarantee shipping? What if my product arrives damaged?
We guarantee your order will arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that your product is damaged during shipping, please email us photos to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can begin the process of replacing your order with a new version of the same product.
